Rhinoplasty, that is, Nose Aesthetics means reshaping the nose structure.

There are two methods of nasal aesthetics:

1. Open Rhinoplasty
2. Closed Rhinoplasty

What are the differences between Open Rhinoplasty and Closed Rhinoplasty?

The only difference between Open rhinoplasty and Closed rhinoplasty is that Open Rhinoplasty is a cut between the nose and the lip under the nose. In closed rhinoplasty, there is no such incision, swelling and bruising are less.

How Does the Pre-Operative Process Develop?

Preliminary examination of our patients is performed before nasal aesthetics. If there is a problem in the nose structure and in the nose that prevents breathing, they are evaluated. The operation plan is made according to the structure of the nose. The nose is photographed from 7 different angles. On the nose, the shape change that will occur in the nose is shown to our patients in simulation. Accordingly, the shape of the operation to be performed is planned by evaluating with our patient. Nose aesthetic surgery takes about two hours. It is an operation performed under general anesthesia. Our patients can be discharged on the same day after the operation. A bandage is put on the nose for a week. The bandage is removed after a week.You can return to daily life after a week. We do not put tampons in the nose, instead we prefer tampons with a hole in the middle, which we call Silicon. We usually take these three or four days later.

What Should Be Considered After Surgery?

1. After a wevek, our patient can return to his daily life.
2. We recommend not using sunglasses for up to six weeks

4. We propose not to hit the nose in two or three months
5. It takes 6 months to a year to take the final shape of the nose and it changes according to the nose structure.
